FORKLIFTS:

4 Basic Mast Types:
1) Hi-Visibility Standard:
This is a 2 stage mast that has limited free lift.

2) Full Free Lift Standard:
This is a 2 stage mast that has maximum free lift.

3) Full Free Lift Triple Stage:
This is a 3 stage mast that has maximum free lift.

4) Full Free Lift Quad Mast:
This is a 4 stage mast that has maximum free lift.

Common Terms & Abbreviations:

Free Lift: The distance that forks can travel upward before the inner mast channel raises
MFN - Maximum Fork Height
IC or ICE - Internal Combustion Engine
LP - Liquid Propane

AERIAL LIFTS:

Platform Height: The maximum height the unit can be raised.

Work Height: Usually 6 ft -7 ft. higher than the Platform height.
When standing on the unit, it's the highest point you can reach.

OTHER:

Engine Types For Golf Carts:
1) 2 Cycle: Requires additive to be mixed with gasoline to lubricate engine.

2) 4 Cycle: Has oil within the engine system. Requires standard gasoline only.
